1. The service
Huru Browser (the "App") is a free, ad-supported Android app by AdxFuel LLC that provides a web browser with tracker blocking, an optional WireGuard VPN, a curated short-video feed, a video downloader and a file manager. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the websites and platforms you access through it.
- The Downloader is for content you own, have permission to save, or that is offered for download by its owner. You are responsible for respecting copyright and each platform's terms; do not redistribute downloaded content without the right to do so.
- Do not use the VPN to attack, spam, scrape or otherwise abuse networks, or to do anything illegal in your country or in the country of the gateway you use.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the App's signing or abuse its services.
3. VPN
The VPN is provided free of charge and may be capacity-limited, speed-limited or interrupted. A short rewarded ad may be required to start a session. It is not a guarantee of anonymity; see the Privacy Policy for what we do and do not log.
4. Content
The video feed shows clips curated by us or embedded from their original platforms; the copyright stays with their owners. Websites you visit are not ours. To report content, email [email protected].
5. Ads
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads keep the App free; we do not control third-party ad content.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdxFuel LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, or content downloaded or accessed through the App.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App, these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
